This is a C6th (top string not used) version of the Marks/Simons tune "All Of Me".

I listen to a lot of jazz on www.pandora.com (try it - it's free, there's no DJ, no fixed stream; you tell it what you like and what you don't like and away it goes !) and the best version of this song I have heard is by Mae West (to my surprise).
The backing is from a midi I found on the Internet (composer unknown). You can download it (a semitone up from the version used as my backing track, for the benefit of C6 - as opposed to B6 - players) here.
