The tune has 2 sections, A and B, each of which is played 3 times, but the 2nd B section is played on a 6-string, so that leaves me with 5 sections to Tab.
There's a bar slant indicated in a few places. If you can split the C pedal with the E lever, then you'll probably find that easier than doing the slant.
