The famous Winston/Keith book has 3 versions of this tune in it - 2 of which are for E9, but this arrangement isn't much like either of them. In fact, it's more of an exercise in getting chords using the top 3 strings.
Theres an awkward bit where you go from B+C to just C - I get this not by arching my foot, but by pulling it sideways away from B, but you may manage this differently depending on your setup and agility.
