This is Lullaby Of Birdland (George Shearing) for C6 (only
strings 2-8 are used).
The original harmonises the melody in 4 parts - with the 4th note
always an octave below the melody. It's possible to duplicate the top 3
notes of each chord on the PSG, but you can't get the 4th note half the
time so I just made the whole thing 3 note chords.
In a couple of places, the only way I could get the original chord was
to half pedal on 4, and this is nigh impossible to do accurately at
speed, so I used a subsitution instead.
